AnthonyBAYLISSSadly passed away suddenly at the Royal Derby Hospital on Monday 25th September 2023, aged 64 years.

Dearly loved brother to Ann and brother in law to Preston. Will be missed by all the family, and by his parrot Becky.

Will never be forgotten, always in our memories.

A service for Tony will be held at Markeaton Crematorium, Round Chapel on Wednesday 11th October at 1pm. No flowers please, however donations may be made in lieu for Stroke Association.
