HelenBEALEand Anne and her family are most grateful for the cards, flowers, telephone calls and personal visits following the sad loss of Vera, much loved Mother and Auntie. We warmly thank the many friends who sent beautiful floral tributes and attended the Thanksgiving service: some made difficult journeys; others prevented by illness were with us in thought. Sincere thanks to Dunblane Cathedral for help with arranging the service and to the Rev. Ian Paterson for such discerning choice of words and readings. We are deeply grateful to Mr R.N. Robertson and staff for unfailing support, flawless funeral arrangements and abiding concern for dignity. We appreciated the tranquil surroundings and perfect hospitality of the Dunblane Golf Club. Heartfelt thanks to Randolph Hill Care Home and Dunblane Medical Practice. Mindful of Vera’s concern for others and of exemplary care received, generous donations amounting to £455.10 are shared between Start-Up, Stirling and the Randolph Hill Residents Fund.
