Hazel DawnBEAUMONTOn 14th December 2021, peacefully at Leeds General Infirmary, Hazel aged 81 years of Meltham and late of Netherton. The loving wife of the late Chris, mum of Sasha and Tim and their partners Mark and Lucy and a much loved granny of Cameron, Olivia and Sam. Funeral service at St Bartholomew's Church, Meltham on Thursday 20th January at 11.30am, preceded by a private cremation. Family flowers only please. Donations if wished are to be shared between Kirkwood Hospice and The Crossroad Centre, Meltham c/o Radcliffe Funeral Service, 16 Westgate, Honley, Holmfirth, HD9 6AA or online at radcliffefuneralservice.co.uk - obituaries. A donation box will be available at the service. Will friends please accept this intimation and meet at the Church.
