Dr Angela KayBECKETT (nee RICHARDS)BECKETT DR. ANGELA KAY nee RICHARDS Born Stenalees 30th September 1950, Angela passed away peacefully on Sunday 3rd May at Macclesfield General Hospital following a long illness she bore with great dignity and humour. She was much loved by all her friends and family. A loving and generous wife and mother, she will be dearly missed by her husband Ed, son Chris and daughter-in-law Catherine. She was a cherished sister to Max and the late Keith, sister-in-law to Josie and the late Irene and aunt to Simon and Emma. The Funeral Service and Committal will be held at Macclesfield Crematorium on Monday 1st June at 2.00 pm. Due to the current circumstances, only close family will be in attendance. Family flowers by request only, but donations can be sent to Manchester Royal Infirmary Kidney Patients' Association. I met Angela when I was a secretary at Macclesfield District General in the 90s. She was by far the loveliest person anyone could wish to meet and always very kind to me. May she rest in peace. Very sad to hear this news.
