Mary BerylBECKMANNOf Pentre Berw and formerly of Glossop. Passed away peacefully at Meddyg Care, Criccieth, on 25th August 2026, aged 100 years.
Beloved wife of the late Richard Edward; cherished mother of Paul, Mark, Jon, Robin and Quentin; and a much loved mother-in-law, gran and great-gran.
As Superintendent Physiotherapist at Shire Hill Hospital, Glossop, Beryl devoted her professional life to the care of others. Alongside her work at the hospital, she established a community charity that advocated for stroke survivors and provided continued support following their NHS rehabilitation. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
A public funeral service will be held at St Cawrdaf's Church, Abererch, on Friday, 18th September 2026 at 11am, followed by private interment for the immediate family only at St Mary's Church, Llanfair-yn-y-Cwmwd, Dwyran.
