Peacefully at his home in Kinmel Bay aged 60 years.
Cherished Dad of Chloe and Corey,
proud Grandad of Elin and
much loved Brother of Katrina, Dave, Craig (Crag) and the late Fiona.
Will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends.
Funeral on Friday, 6th September. Service and Committal at the Denbighshire Memorial
Park & Crematorium, St. Asaph at 1:00pm.
No flowers please, but donations in memory of Graham towards St. Kentigern Hospice would be appreciated.
