Thanks to everyone for their support, kind messages and sympathy, and for the charitable donations in Mike's memory which exceeded £1,300. Special thanks to Steven Linde of Drakeleys Crewe Funeral Services for making the funeral arrangements and conducting a fitting funeral service for a unique character.
