KateBELFIELDpassed away peacefully at Nightingale Macmillan Unit on Sunday 4th December 2022, aged 56 years. Kate was the loving wife and soulmate of Doug, devoted mum of Adam and Lucy, wonderful sister to Jo & Lizzie, and kind and caring daughter of Brian and Jane. Kate will be loved and missed forever. Funeral Service Thursday 22nd December service 11.30 am at Trent Valley Crematorium ( DE72 2AF). Family flowers only please, donations in memory are payable to ' Treetops Hospice' and may be sent c/o Murray's Funeral Directors, 25 Main Street, Findern, DE65 6AG. Tel 01332 425022.
