Lesley JamesBELK('Les') Suddenly on Wednesday 8th December 2021 in Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby Les aged 80 years sadly passed away after a short illness. Loving husband of Joan. treasured dad to Angela and Helen, beloved father-in-law to Stuart and Darren, dear grandad to Katie, Megan, Ellie and Hannah. Les was a very popular man and a well respected gent who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A funeral service will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Wednesday 5th January at 11.15 am. Family flowers only please by request, however if desired donations in lieu may be made payable and sent to The Health Tree Foundation, Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby, Scartho Road, Grimsby, DN33 2BA with Diabetes written on the reverse. On behalf of Martin and Christine Cornthwaite and friends from Walkwell, we are sorry to hear about Les. He will be remembered fondly as a friend and leader. Prior to his sudden death, he was there for me during my illlness for which I was grateful.
