Jean AnnBELLnee Abrahart Of Chaddesden Passed away suddenly but peacefully at Royal Derby Hospital on Sunday 25th February 2024. Aged 85 years. Much loved wife of the late Derek, dearly loved mum to Andrea and Martin, grandma to Daniel and Holly, sister to David and sister-in-law to Linda. Jean was an active member of Mayfield Road Methodist Church for most of her life and will be sadly missed by all. A Celebration of Jean's life will be held at Mayfield Road Methodist Church on Tuesday 26th March at 1pm, followed by Burial at Nottingham Road Cemetery. Family flowers only please, however donations in loving memory of Jean to benefit Umbrella Derby and Derbyshire and Mayfield Road Methodist Church, may be placed in the donation box at the Service or made online by visiting funeral-notices.co.uk All enquires Tel:01332 281442 Central COOP Funeral, Chaddesden.

Aunty Jean was such a friendly kind Godmother to me. I will miss her lovely letters and kind thoughts. Thinking of her family and friends at this sad time.
