Alexander GordonBELLMary and family of the late Alexander Gordon Bell of Southside Farm, Warkworth would like to thank all their relatives and friends for their cards of sympathy, condolence and thinking of you and for their generous donations to the Widdrington United Reformed Church and the Alnwick Hospice - raising over £1000. They are also extremely grateful for all the beautiful flowers and plants they have received at this sad time.
Thanks also to the Reverend Julian Sanders for a very comforting service and Dr Gavin Hardy for playing the organ. The church members made a magnificent job of decorating the church and hall and along with Jeanette and Sarah also helped with the catering and were kept extremely busy all afternoon. We would also like to pay tribute to Iain Elliot and his colleagues from John Grenfell & Sons Funeral Directors for all their help and kindness arranging the funeral. The day was made special by the glorious weather and the many people who attended.
It was a memorable get together in memory of Alec whose absence will leave a huge gap in our lives.
