JeffreyBERGIt is with great sadness we announce that on Sunday 6th August after a short battle with cancer Jeffrey (Jeff) of Heol Pennant, Ynysforgan suddenly passed away aged 69 at Singleton Hospital. Much loved and devoted husband of Lynda, proud father of Richard, Andrew and Rachel, cherished father in law of Steph, Alex and Alex, loving Grampy to Tristyn, Alfie, Dylan, Ben, Lily, Molly, Josh, Holly and Charlie-May. He will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by all his family and friends. Funeral service will be held at Swansea Crematorium on Wednesday 23rd August at 12 noon. Family flowers only please but donations if so desired in memory of Jeff can be made to: Ty-Olwen c/o D.G.Attwell Funeral Directors, 95 Eaton Road, Brynhyfryd, Swansea SA5 9JH Tel.01792 650205. Following the funeral service everyone is invited to raise a glass in Jeff's memory at Ynystawe Cricket Club, Park Rd, Maes Yr Afon, Ynystawe, Swansea SA6 5AP.

So sorry to hear of Jeff’s passing. When we last spoke it was down Porteynon. A special place growing up where I will always remember you outside your caravan cooking those bbqs. When my grandad would go missing for ages and we would find you both at the bottom field chatting away. Both together again and no doubt having a laugh and drink up there. Rest in peace Jeff, never forgotten xx
