AlexanderBERRIEAlexander Berrie M. M. of Auchencairn, formerly Glasgow, died on 15th May 2023 in his 95th year at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary after a short illness. Beloved husband of the late Jean Hahn Hemmerly, dearly loved father of Barbara, Eleanor and William and beloved grandfather of Phoebe, Asa, Joseph and Hannah. Funeral service will be held at Auchencairn Parish Church on Friday, 16th June at 11.30am, followed by interment in Auchencairn Cemetery. All friends are respectfully invited to attend. Family flowers only please. Contributions in memory of Alex may be made to either Maggie's or the Macular Society, if desired.
