hello, I'm sorry to read this sad news of Bob's passing and my thoughts & love go to Bob's family.
I first knew Mr. Betts when he was teaching the children- a most respected & prized staff member. Then later as he called in for a chat to my husbands' shop in town & hospital visiting for Moya. I'm sure Bob leaves many fond memories with many people:- he is united forever with Moya. R.I.P

Bob Betts, or, as i still referred to him as "SIR", was a Legend. As a Former Pupil of Westfield School, September 1974 - June 1979, Mr Betts was the type of Teacher you don't see these days. As others have said Firm but Fair. You certainly paid attention when he was Talking to you. Very Sad News on his Passing. Paul Selwood.
