Much loved wife of Jim (deceased), mother of Philip, Louise and Richard, nana to Chris & Laura, Tom, Harry & Hannah, Ellie & Chloe. Memorial service to be held at St. Deiniol's Church, Hawarden on Friday 21st April at 12pm. Donations in memory of Joan gratefully received for Dementia UK
