The funeral service will take place at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Sheepridge on Friday 29th May at 11.30am followed by burial at Hey Lane Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, but donations would be greatly appreciated for Forget me not Children's Hospice for which a plate will be available at the service.
