EmmaBILLINGPassed away peacefully on Wednesday 9th November aged 92 years. Reunited with her late Husband Bill and Son Richard, loving Mother and Grandmother. Pip will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. A Celebration of her life will be held at Torquay Crematorium on Wednesday 23rd November at 3.30pm.
