Jeffrey AllanBILLINGEROn the 15th April 2020, at Trewartha Care Home, Jeffrey of Long Rock aged 79 years, passed away with family at his side. Much loved Dad, Grandad and Great-Grandad. Private family burial will take place at Penzance Cemetery. Memorial service will be held at a later date to be confirmed. Donations if desired to go to Go Fund Me-Jeffrey Billinger Memorial Fund or contact Saints Funeral Services (01736 447070).

I taught some of his children and grandchildren at Gulval. A delightful and very supportive family who always helped at every school event. My favourite memory of Jeffrey was his splat the rat game at every summer fair. A kind and generous man who will be genuinely missed. Andy Shapland
