Jeffrey RogerBIRDPassed away on 5 August 2021, aged 63. Beloved husband of Andrea and father of Elis and Cadi. Resting at the Private Funeral Home of W. James & Sons, Fonmon. Funeral at Holy Cross Church, Cowbridge on Tuesday 24 August at 12:00 noon. Afterwards, at Cowbridge Cricket Club. All welcome but due to regulations numbers inside the church will be limited. The service will be relayed in the churchyard. Donations in lieu of flowers if wished to Parkinson's UK or Myeloma UK.

I knew Jeff for 50 years and in all that time I have never heard anyone say a bad word about Jeff, quite the contrary. Yes there were a few comments about his bowling action and celebration dance but these comments were made in bewilderment not malice. Our old head boy and is now certainly with the head man already organising the Heaven Cricket League and captaining the Angels. RIP JRB

A tragic loss of a great community man, a cricket man, a Cowbridge Cricket Club man, a Glamorgan Cricket man, Jeff will be hugely missed by so many people. Thoughts with all Jeff's family, especially Andrea and Dad, Roger. RIP Jeff. A good friend.
