Robert I’m driving myself crazy.I keep seeing your blue hand,and your jogging trousers with your navy jumper pulled up so I could see your back.I just wanted to pull your jumper down and put you tidy.But they wouldn’t let me in.Now I wish I’d stayed too when they brought you out of the house.You had none of us there,just police officers.I left you again when you needed me most 💔

I’ve been out to give bird seed to the birds Christopher.Then I thought of the day Leeky picked you up from hospital and you went straight up the garden to feed them.I watched you from the kitchen window fall backwards all the way to the bottom of the garden.You tried so hard to carry on as normal but your body just wouldn’t let you do it.You spent most of your time on the floor.For weeks now I was so glad you were out of your excruciating pain.But it’s hit me today that you are actually never ever coming home 💔

I’d give absolutely anything to get a missed call off you now Christopher.I wish I could tell you what happened to Robert.I know you would have been devastated because you two always got on.Just like Robert was devastated when I told him you had cancer 🥹
