EricBIRKBECK(Darlington, Gosforth and Beadnell). Royal Grammar School, Royal Signals and W H Smith. Died peacefully on 8th July, just weeks before his 89th birthday. His surviving wife Gloria and children David and Fiona will always love him for being unerringly kind, loyal and decent. Funeral at Tynemouth Crematorium, 1.00pm, Monday 18th July.
