Much loved wife of Norman, loving mother to Lorraine and Lee, Mother in Law to Nigel (Barnes), doting nanny to Daniel and Joseph. Cremation at Sherwood Crematorium, Ollerton, NG22 9PZ, Thursday 15th August 2019 at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in her memory to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. Sending love to all those who are grieving the passing of Doreen. I am Lorraine’s friend (fellow mum of two children with CF) and I know from what Lorraine has shared, that Doreen will be deeply missed. I hope that the memories you share of your time together will sustain you as you mourn her absence from your daily life. Praying for peace and strength for you xx

I didn't know Doreen personally but I do know her daughter Lorraine. Never have a known such a determined, strong and loyal lady. I'm sure she has inherited all these traits from her mum and dad.
