GordonBIRKETTPeacefully on 29th April 2023, aged 90 years and in the dedicated care of Ward 23 at Scunthorpe General Hospital and with family at his side. Beloved husband of the late Doris, much loved dad of Alan, Dave and John, treasured father-in-law to Joan, Julie and Tracy, a much loved grandad, great-grandad, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and good friend to many who will be sadly missed by all. A service will be held on Thursday 18th May at 11am at St John The Baptist Church, Alkborough, followed by a private family interment in the Cemetery. Family flowers only please but donations for a charity of the families choice, may be left at the service or sent c/o R. Wallace & Son, Funeral Directors, 27 High Street, Crowle, DN17 4LD.
