TeresaBIRMINGHAMTerry passed away on 6th November after a long period of illness, aged 84 years.
Widow of Tom and much loved Mum to Tracey and Grandma to Iris.
Funeral Service to take place at English Martyrs Church, Litherland on Thursday 23rd November at 1:15pm followed by the committal in Thornton Crematorium at 2:15pm.
Family flowers only, however, donations online or on the day can be made to SWAN Bereavement Services and Alzheimer's Society.
