RosalieBLACKBURNOn August 11th 2022 Peacefully at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary Rosie aged 86 years of Waterloo. Beloved wife of the late Eddie, much loved mum of Robert, Roy and Paul, dear mother-in-law of Margaret also a dearly loved Nanna and great nanna Will be greatly missed by all. Service at Huddersfield Crematorium on Monday September 12th at 11.30am. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired would be gratefully received for The Kirkwood. Firstly, God bless the Blackburn family on this sad event
I send them all my love.
I knew both Rosie and Eddie quite well from my Royal Mail days (years)
Rosie made us as behave ourselves and stopped us all from swearing!

Eddie, was unreal every time any thing went wrong he appeared like Superman
and made everything OK!
I always say you cannot buy class
You’ve either got it or you ain’t

Had it in abundance!


It was an absolute honour to work with them
