CatherineBLACKBURN(Née Hastings) With great sadness we announce the unexpected passing of Cath on December 1st aged 67 years.

Dearly loved wife and best friend of the late Bob, much loved mum of Rebecca and Lucy, dear mother-in-law of Marcus and Chris and cherished grandma of Ruby, Cole and Robbie. Daughter of the late Ted and Margaret and dear sister of Maureen and the late Michael and Una.

Funeral service at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Thursday December 19th at 12:30pm.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu for The British Heart Foundation can be made at the crematorium.

I spent many happy evenings with Cath at quizzes and lunches out. She had a great sense of humour and was a good listener and a compassionate kind person. I was sorry to hear about your sudden loss, condolences.
