To GP and District Nursing Staff, Ashgrove Group Practice, Blackburn for their care, empathy and professionalism. To the Out of Hours Nursing Staff, the many Social Care Workers, including Crisis Care Team, who helped to look after Tom. A special thanks to Marie Curie UK for providing such a truly wonderful service and end of life care. Thank you to Brodies Funeral Services for efficient service, to Gordon Thomson for his comforting tribute, to Hilcroft Whitburn for accommodating mourners in such challenging times and to Eidelweiss Florist, for floral tributes. Thank you for the kind messages of support, cards and flowers received. Donations have been and can still be made in support of Marie Curie UK via www.justgiving.com/fundraising/brodies-thomas-blair . You will be forever in our hearts Tom but you're now back with your Margaret.
