AnnBLAKEDied peacefully on October 13th 2018 following a brave fight with cancer. Much loved wife of Keith, mum to Martin and Adrian, mother in law to Karen and Dawn, nanny to Jonny, Alex, Florrie, William and Izzy and auntie to Sharon and Tracey. A service will be held at Haycombe Crematorium, Bath on 29th October at 12.15pm. Please wear colourful clothing. No flowers please, but if desired, donations are being gratefully received for Dorothy House Hospice Care.
