The funeral service will take place on Monday 11th December 2023 at Canford Crematorium at 12pm. No flowers please. Donations in memory of Sarah to Southmead Hospital ICU pod D

No words can describe how sad we all our to lose our dear friend Sarah. One of the nicest people you could ever meet. We are going to miss you so much, you were a true friend and one of the best. The memories we all have, we will cherish forever.
