James (Jimmy)BLOOMER10/04/1926 - 07/12/2011 Peacefully on 7th December 2011, James sadly passed away, aged 85 years. A precious and special dad, grandad and great-grandad who will be greatly missed by all his loving family and many friends. All are welcome at the service being held in James' memory on Monday 19th December at Grimsby Crematorium at 11.40am. Family flowers only please, but a donation in lieu with cheques made payable to either the North East Lincs Pipe Band or the Alzheimer's Society may be sent to Sentiments Independent Funeral Home 17 Chantry Lane, Grimsby, DN31 2LP. Despite not seeing Jimmy for years at a time, he always greeted me like a long lost friend whenever we bumped into each other. I have some great memories of our time on stage together and of playing at the Tartan Club that will stay with me allways.
