Even though I haven’t seen Carole for many many years, I still remember how lovely she was. Going round after school and having noodles and meatballs, it was the best dinner ever!
Many years later, seeing Carole at that bakery on stand hill road, she would always wave to me when I went past.
She was such an amazing human being.

Carole was such a lovely and kind hearted lady. She was like a mum to us all! She used to make work days so fun and I'll never forget how she made us all giggle hiding in the walk in fridge with a bottle of pepsi max on a hot day. We all miss her lots x
