ChristopherBLOUNTPassed away peacefully at home, on Saturday 3rd May 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Chris aged 81 years of Newquay, beloved husband of Kay, loving father of Joanna, Jonathan and Andrew, much loved grandfather of Megan, Jenna, Richard, Isla, Toby, William, Eloise and Emily and great grandfather to Arthyen, and a dear brother to Keith.

Funeral service is to take place at St Michael's Church, Newquay on Monday 23rd June 2025 at 1.00pm. Family flowers only, but donations in lieu for Cornwall Leukaemia Trust and Trenance Heritage Cottages can be given by retiring collection at the funeral service or online at HenwoodFunerals.co.uk

I will miss you Chris with your deep soul and true Cornish heart. Never at any part of my life time did I enjoy life so much as when I was working with you at Radio Cornwall. You were always an inspiration. A light may have been extinguished here in your treasured homeland, but your star is shining brightly above us all.
