I am so sorry to hear about David's passing. I have such lovely memories of working with him in the early 2000s. David was really compassionate and clear thinking. He was a really wonderful colleague. I had an unusual connection with him; he used to be my in-laws neighbours and then they swapped houses! A story my mother in law used to enjoy telling me. Sending my condolences and thoughts to his family.
