It’s gone too fast old boy. The things I’d love to tell you about, the things I’d want your opinion on, hearing that laugh again and seeing you take charge when it got stressful made me feel stronger too even though you might not have known. Feels very empty now without you around in the background, you were Cheshire and now it feels like there’s a huge hole where you shone. I never see a goose without thinking of you, even now it makes me chuckle over Mr Goose. 🪿 X

I watched Come Dine with Me at home in Australia this week & was terribly saddened when I saw the obituary to Nicholas.
He was my favourite contestant & I hoped he would win. What a shock. I cried & am still awfully sad. I thought he was extremely interesting, intelligent, had a great sense of humour & principles. Wish we could bring him back. Life can be despairing at times but everyone is important & unique. I hope his soul is at peace now 🙏

Life’s changed so much in such a short time. You changed peoples lives you hadn’t even met, the ones you did meet, were lucky and will treasure those times we had. You’ll never know the little things you spurred us onto do, to be braver, your words of reassurance, how that helped us grow, but you did, you made people feel stronger with your confidence and never putting ideas down. Rest easy x
