David JohnBODDICEof Blaby, passed peacefully away, surrounded by his family on 13th April 2023 aged 78 years. Dearly loved Partner of Di, much loved Dad of Mark, Craig and Emma and a devoted Grandpa and friend to many. Bod's funeral service will take place at St Mary's Parish Church, Humberstone on Friday 12th May 2023 at 11.00 am, followed by cremation at Gilroes Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations preferred to Parkinsons UK which may be given or sent c/o Richard Ward Funeral Service, 2b Cross Street, Enderby, Leics LE19 4NJ tel 0116 2866858 email enderby@rwfs.co.uk

Good night old boy you were not only my dad but you were my best friend too. I will miss our silly moments that used to make us both laugh and our chats about surgery. You will now be performing surgery with George and showing them how it’s done. Will miss you Dave so much I hope you are in the pink now.
