Winifred MayBODEN(Wyn) (Nee Whelbourn) Of Cotgrave Passed away peacefully on 31/10/2018 at Nottingham City Hospital, aged 88. Leaves behind heartbroken Stan, husband for over 64 years. Will be sadly missed by Lynda, David and daughter-in-law Karen, grandsons Luke and Phillip, great-grandson Oliver and his mum Hannah. Wyn was much loved in her local community and she worked as a local Post Lady for 22 years. Over the years Wyn has been involved with All Saints Church, helping annually at the Summer Fair on Grannies Attic. She was a member of the church choir but retired from this when she became partially sighted. Wyn is well known by doggie walkers locally, and for her family of Corgis. She used to walk regularly with Stan on Cotgrave Park until the last few months of her life. Funeral service is to take place at All Saints Church Cotgrave on Thursday 15th November at 1.30pm.
