Deeply shocked and saddened to hear this news. Susan was a long term colleague and friend of mine and embodied the very best qualities. Always there, always fun, and most of all, always kind and compassionate. She was utterly devoted to her family - humans and rescue dogs - and was an invaluable source of good and kind advice when we took on two rescue dogs in very traumatic circumstances for us and for them. There are no words. Love to Chris and Joe and all who know her xx
