JohnBOLTONMary, Helen and Ann wish to thank family, friends and neighbours for all their help and kindness during John's illness. For all the Mass and sympathy cards, flowers and donations to Queenscourt Hospice they received on the sad loss of John. Special thanks to Dr Irvine, Annette and district nurses from Cumberland House practice for their kindness and care, especially Toni and Paul who were there when we needed them most, also Laura, the palliative care nurse. Thanks also to Fr Jack and to all who attended, served and assisted at the beautiful Requiem Mass at Holy Family. Many thanks to Fr Philip who was there to administer the sacrament of the sick. Finally thanks to Fred from Moisters Funeral Directors for his help and dignified funeral arrangements.
