Many thanks to all who attended the funeral service, and for the donations to Macmillan Cancer Support and Wooldale Methodist Free Church. We would also like to thank the Rev. John Radcliffe for conducting the funeral service and Radcliffe Funeral Service for the efficient and caring way they arranged the funeral. Thank you also to Janet, Pat, Wendy and Margaret for their help at the church. Thank you to Dr. James Ward and his colleagues at Oaklands Health Centre and the staff at Ward J84 and the Intensive Care Unit at St. James Hospital, Leeds for their kindness, care and attention to Stephen.
