Alan JohnBOOTHAlan J. Booth Luthier of Concert Classical Guitars Passed away at Willowcroft MHA Care Home, Spondon with his family by his side on Sunday 9th July 2023, aged 91 years. Loving husband of Doreen, much loved dad to Alison, Martin, Elaine and Tim, and a special grandad and great grandad. Funeral service to be held at Whitemoor Baptist Church, Nottingham on Friday 28th July 2023 at 10.30am followed by a service of committal at Wilford Hill Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Alan may be made to Alzheimer's Society either online at www.georgesimnett.co.uk or at the service. Lovely memories of group walks in Derbyshire, playing tennis, and playing the organ at Bilborough. Both Alan and Doreen were kind enough to support Fred when he was suffering with Alzheimers.
