MalcolmBOOTHROYD(BUGSY) Sandra, Martin and Nicholas would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations received for The British Heart Foundation following their sad bereavement. Sincere thanks to doctors and staff on Ward 5 at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary. Special thanks to the members and committee at Golcar Royal British Legion and to all who attended at the Crematorium.
