EllenBORTHWICKWife of the late Chief Superintendent Bill (William) Borthwick Cheshire Constabulary. Ellen who will be so greatly missed by her loving daughter Nicola passed away at Tara's Retreat Care Home in St Albans on Wednesday 20th March at the age of 92. RIP My Wonderful Mum. Ellen's funeral is to take place Monday 22nd April 12 noon at St Werburghs Roman Catholic Church followed by committal at Chester Crematorium Chapel. Family flowers only and kind donations in Ellen's memory to the Alzheimer's Society West Cheshire Branch and the Hospice of the Good Shepherd Chester.
