Much loved Husband of Karen, Dad of Rachael & Chris and Son of Molly and the late Mervyn.

Funeral service and cremation at the Forest of Dean Crematorium on Wednesday 8th May at 1.30pm.

Donations invited for Macmillan Nurses may be sent c/o Smiths Funeral Services Ltd, Furnace Lane, Newent GL18 1DD.

Casual wear preferred.

You meant so much to us Phil and our hearts have broken having lost you so suddenly. My younger brother who I used to worry about grew into a happy go lucky chap, always happy to help out family and friends and others. ❤️
