TonyBOULTPeacefully on 20th November 2021, at the Douglas Macmillan Hospice, after a long illness borne with humour and dignity, Tony aged 61 years of Oak Hill. The dearly loved husband of Dawn, much loved dad of Lindsay, Stacey, Alex and Daniel, treasured grandad, loved brother of Julie. Tony will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends. Funeral Service and cremation at Carmountside Crematorium, on Thursday 16th December, at 3.30pm. Will relatives please accept this intimation, friends kindly meet at Carmountside. No flowers by request, donations preferred for The UHNM Charity, Heamo and Dialysis and Douglas Macmillan Hospice. Donations and Enquiries to: Birch House, Birches Head Road, Hanley, ST1 6LH.
