HazelBOULTONLindley After an illness bravely fought with dignity, Hazel aged 88 years passed away on Saturday 17th February 2018 at the Douglas Macmillan Hospice with her beloved daughter Anne and her family at her side. The dearly loved and devoted wife of the late Stewart Boulton, her husband and soul mate for 63 years. The most precious mother of Anne, mother-in-law of Craig, much loved nan to Louise and Christian, Daniel and Nicola and Jason and Rosie, great-grandmother to Evie, Lennon and Olivia. Hazel was a very special lady and was a good friend to all who knew her. She will always be remembered with love and respect. Funeral Service at Burslem Methodist Mission Church, Swan Bank on Friday 23rd March 2018 at 11.30am followed by cremation at Bradwell Crematorium. Would relatives please accept this intimation, friends are all invited to assemble at the Church. Family flowers only please, donations if desired would be gratefully accepted for the Douglas Macmillan Hospice and may be left at the Church (a donation box will be available) or left with the Funeral Director.
