GraemeBOWMAN(Darlington) Graeme Bowman, Darlington (formerly of Wardley) Passed away peacefully on Saturday October 3rd at home surrounded by his family. Graeme was the devoted husband of Wendy and loving stepfather of Lottie, beloved sister of Margaret, Maureen, Carole and Susan and close cousin of Donna, Stephen and Julie, also much loved nephew of Lena. Graeme was also a fun uncle to his many nieces, nephews and their children. Graeme made close and lasting friendships that have endured throughout his life. Many from childhood and also through his diverse interests in music, windsurfing, photography and film making. Graeme showed extraordinary courage and remained positive and upbeat despite his diagnosis in June last year. A big thank you goes to the local community nurses and the exceptional care given by the Ascot Care Agency. Also thanks to James Cook hospital staff and especially Kelly. All amazing and very special people.
Funeral to be held on Monday 26th October at Darlington Crematorium DL3 8RY at 2pm. You might want to wear something orange to celebrate his wonderful life. Afterwards all welcome at the Harrowgate Club DL1 3DT. R.I.P to our lovely Graeme we miss you so much already.
