ShirleyBOWNS(Nee Dixon) After a short illness bravely borne on 13th May 2021 at home with her family by her side Shirley peacefully passed away. Beloved wife to the late Colin, beautiful and loved mum to Chris, Amanda and Michael, mum in law to Paula, Simon and Nassera. Treasured nanna to Abbie, Poppy, Phoebe, Ruby and Oscar. Loved sister to Pam, great pal and auntie, especially to Kath and a good friend to many. She will be so greatly missed by all who knew her. A celebration of Shirley's life will be held at the Grimsby Crematorium on Friday 4th June 2021 at 10.30am. Please note numbers are still limited to 30 invitees. Family flowers only but a donation may be made in Shirley's memory to either Muscular Dystrophy UK www.justgiving.com/fundraising/amanda-pettitt3 or the Blue Cross, please send to the charities privately or if wished a donation may be given at the service.
