Funeral service to take place at Whitchurch Methodist Church on Friday 30 October at 10:00am, followed by a cremation service at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel at 11:30am.
Family flowers only by request. Donations if desired can be made to The City Hospice Trust Limited.
