FredaBRACKSTONEAnn Sadly passed away at John Taylor Hospice on November 27th 2013 following a courageous battle with Motor Neurone Disease. A beautiful, kind and gentle lady. Very much loved by her family and friends, she will forever be in our hearts. Throughout her illness she managed to keep a sparkle in her eyes, a smile on her face and was truly brave. Funeral service to be held at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium on Monday 16th December at 11.00am. Family flowers only but donations if desired to Motor Neurone Disease and John Taylor Hospice, collection on the day c/o A Hazel & Sons.
