Steve MartinBRAIDLEYIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Steve Braidley, aged 59.

Steve was a much loved dad, born and raised in Chaddesden, before making Mickleover his home for over 35 years. He was a lifelong and passionate Derby County supporter and had been a member of Mickleover Golf Club for over 20 years.

Steve will be sadly missed by his family, friends and all those who knew him.

The funeral service for Steve will be a private Cremation.

If anyone wishes to make a donation in Steve's memory, his children kindly ask that donations are made to the Intensive Care Unit at Royal Derby Hospital, who cared for Steve during his final days. The family would like to thank the ICU team for everything they did for Steve and for their care and support during such a difficult time.

There will be a celebration of Steve life and golf day to come in the future, the date is yet to be confirmed.

In Steve's memory, a round we'll play,
On warmer months, we'll mark the day.
With friends, with laughter and clubs in hand,
A golf day in his name, as he would have planned.
A lasting tribute, on the course he knew,
To remember Steve in all that we do.

Steve was my partner for almost 3 and a half years. He was a breath of fresh air to me. He was also my best friend. Ill always miss and love you. Till we meet again....Vicki❤️
